Services
DellAglio Design Studio provides digital design services, including website design, interaction, and related creative work. The scope of each project is defined individually and may vary.
Project Terms
All projects are structured based on agreed deliverables, timelines, and communication. Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
Delays in communication or required materials may affect project timelines.
Payments
A deposit of 40–50% is required to begin any project. This deposit is non-refundable and secures project scheduling and allocation.
The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery of the project.
Failure to complete payment may result in delays or withholding of final files and deliverables.
Revisions
Projects include up to three rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified.
Revisions are intended for adjustments and refinements, not complete redesigns or major directional changes. Additional revisions may be subject to extra cost.
Ownership
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved work is transferred to the client.
DellAglio Design Studio retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, promotional, and presentation purposes.
Third-Party Services
Clients are responsible for any third-party services required for the project, including hosting, domains, and subscriptions.
DellAglio Design Studio is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or changes made by third-party platforms.
Limitation of Liability
DellAglio Design Studio is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website, project deliverables, or third-party services.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project at any time. Work completed up to that point must be compensated accordingly.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Changes
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any changes.
